CactusJackSentYaBruh what are you on. On first listen it tells a great story, but If you listen to the album while plugging the headphones in your butthole while doing a cartwheel it tells a completely different story. Name another project that does that.

i'd argue it's even the most complex album of the past 10 years.
Only reason some parts may sound very accessible is because of the incorporation of LA soul elements.ok no bruh

i just watched it all. definitely seeing the album in a new light now. also like it a lot more now. i dont agree with a lot of that israelite stuff because im not one, but i dont wanna talk about s*** i dont know that much about. it definitely makes sense to view it from that perspective since kendrick explicitely mentions israelites multiple times, so def relevant. thanks for the insights, you really opened my mind in some regards.
theres a question i want to ask you though: how do you reconcile being a deeply religious person (from what i can hear in the video), be aware of the wickedness of the entertainment industry, and still listen to and like this video to the point that kendrick is your fav artist? cause it sounds from your interpretation like you think he gave in to sin.
as a person who is trying to be good and to find their faith, i struggle with this myself.
