I took ashwanghada for about 3 months
Didn’t do nothing for me
I space it out pretty well. Also only taking 1 300mg capsule whenever I take it. Could probably up it to 2 capsules tbh because I'm not sure if I feel the desired effects

I always liked to take 1-1.5g for social events where there wouldn’t be drinking, or if I had plans with friends and we’d take it together. Every few weeks or months

Are you just talking about gaba itself? Much different from gabapentin, strength wise at least (it's an a***ogue), though both target the same area of the brain. I've never taken any gaba supplement just the prescription
My non scientific comparison would be like eating a bar of X**** vs a couple bud lites basically

Only side effect for me is physical habituation/can't go without a dose (I was on an absurd dosage for awhile), and it basically losing most effects after awhile. I'm trying to get off it but it's gotta be why asheaghanda is working so well for me
