What brand you taking?
I'm always taking it and 3 other supplements, so I can't even tell if ashwagandha makes a difference or not tbh
KSM-66 Ashwagandha a.co/d/aM2Yn3B
People on reddit said this brand is trustworthy so I just said f*** it and tried it. Bottle says take 2 for 1000mg but it made me feel like I was coked up with no bad side effects aside from trouble sleeping (so I also stopped taking it at night) so I'm just taking 500mg / 1 pill for now
I took it alone as a new supplement and very obviously could tell it was giving me effects. About 2-3 days ago I started taking the Z-MA pills I've had but stopped taking due to the bowels issue. I'm only taking 1 at night now instead of the 2 or 3 it said to take so idk if zma is doing much though it's more just for my back and my back stopped hurting for the first in months (without needing kratom) so idk
Multi's with good level dose, not the supermarket stuff
Vitamin C
Probiotics
Finasteride kept my hair at bay. Girls love feeling it
Started taking ashwanghada about a week ago
Why do people not talk about this stuff? It's like steroids for your brain
I'm sleeping so much better, waking up full of energy, so much more focus/present-ness, and the level of general confidence is unmatched
This is like legal Adderall
Maybe it's because I already take gabapentin and I think they both target gaba?
I only heard bad things about ashwagamda

Like what?
Zinc and magnesium gave me immediate heavy side effects

I don’t remember anymore but also some side effects
Omega 3
B vitamin complex
Magnesium
Vitamin D
Sometimes I take vitamin C, and sometimes when I need dopamine I take L-tyrosine or Dopa Mucuna and a cop of coffee, and then in the evening I will take L-Tryptophan.
multivitamin, zincys, collagen, lions mane, whey protein, fish oil, sometimes ashwaganda
Anyone got experience with high dose fish oil?
I have an ass load leftover that an eye specialist made me get from having some kinda eye bacterial growth s*** but that's gone and the bottle was expensive af
Idk if it's worth taking, I already take I think 11 prescription pills and I added asheaghanda & ZMA again too
Get tested, find out about yourself (minerals, testosterone / cortisol / vitamin D levels, etc). Otherwise you’re wasting money on placebo

How do you get tested
A holistic doctor near you
You should be able to get a requisition through your PCP or GP, I don’t think you need a holistic doctor, but I’m in Canada so It could b diff . @Butters1017 i had bloodwork n urinalysis done since been intermittent fasting for 2+ years and wanted to make sure I wasn’t deficient in anything
Scoop of Creatine, though im stopping until i get more mass without it
1.5- 3 mg Melatonin + l theanine at night cause it helps me relax and stay asleep

Primary care? You serious?
You need a holistic doctor that will get blood, urine, stool, hormone testing done to get in the first few visits. Primary care is going to at best give you referrals for other specialists. They won’t take action unless you’re admitted to ER or if you need prescriptions
Holistic?
“characterized by the belief that the parts of something are interconnected and can be explained only by reference to the whole.”
Any problems you think you’re having a holistic doctor will check for the root cause, hence the various body testing

Yeah ? Im in Canada. My GP (general practitioner/physisician) which from my understanding is the same as a PCP? But maybe I’m wrong in that assumption…?, regardless… my doctor was able to give me a requisition and then I was able to get the tests mentioned done at a lab
Idk man I’m just speaking from my own experience and mentioned that I may not know if it applies since I’m in Canada
Ashwagandha
Zinc
Magnesium
Phenibut (every 3rd day)
Taking all this and I'm still not the gigachad I thought I'd be when buying it
Shooting HEAVY ropes though, shout out Zinc
Stop taking so much phenibut

Hate to be blunt but that goes against my entire ideology lol
I might talk to my doc tho

It’s terrible in the states. Annual visits (if you even go) and prescriptions is what you’ll get. If you need a referral you will need to schedule three appointments
