    Anyone have tips for how to gain weight/eat more if I naturally have a fast metabolism and never really have an appetite

    But also focus on a lotta protein too.

    @worldpeace key is if you dont got an appetite like that, get food thats not so filling but packed in calories

    for example a chipotle tortilla 300 cals

    smack 3 of them s***s boom ez 900 cals

    but at the end of the day you gotta eat big to get big and lift big

    eat peanut butter sandwiches or peanuts almonds every 3 hours you will see how fast you gain weight

    There’s a niche on IG and tiktok where they have some recipes for hard gainers. Might be worth a look.

    many comments saying to force feed yourself but let me offer a different perspective

    this can and will make you feel like s***. there needs to be a balance. stuffing yourself with food can be a dangerous game to play

    instead, try ratcheting up the protein and take on board some of the shake tips.

    you can look good and make progress this way, will just be more on the left of the lean-big scale. but it is worth it for not turning into a jelly doughnut

    Yea I would rather stay skinny than force myself to eat

    And yea I don’t really expect or even want to get that big just get in better shape and stay healthy
