Finally got a pull up bar installed, doesn’t fit in any of my doorways
Just using it as a push up bar for now. Also got an ab wheel and resistance bands which slap
Plus my door frames have like cut outs in them so I use them for pull ups without any equipment

takin one week out the gym
been having this issue for about a month now where i thought i was developing some carpal tunnel or some tendonitis type s***. at first it felt like i had a lot of pressure in my hands, and they hurt when grabbing a bar, and at times i felt my movement was limited and was unable to make a fist. it was worst in the morning. now it's moreso a numbness in my hands. scheduled an appointment with my doctor but can't see him til next tuesday s***s f***ed
anyway someone at work mentioned it was probably an issue with my shoulder
and i was like
since i do sleep on my side and the numbness is worst in the morning, plus i've been liftting pretty damn heavy on the bench and my shoulders do get involved a lot in the lift with my form
so i've been doing a little bit of mobility s*** through the day and it's starting to feel a bit better. so i'm going to take this full week off and just keep running
