I can really feel it in my upper back when running, building muscle there has led to more fatigue I feel. I can push times and go faster but I didn’t feel as tired before. We are still persisting though.
Unsweetened milk is not as bad as I thought
Especially if the protein powder you use is already sweet
Always go in the mornings (if ya schedule allows it)
Get the s*** over with
Eat ya mornin breakfast (a bowl unsweetened milk & 2 scoops of protein powder wit a side of tofu scrambles)
Then get on wit yo day (or catch up on sleep if you work evenings)
no i go in the afternoon on my days off and i eat oatmeal 3 eggs fruit greek yogurt

Have you tried diaphragm breathing when running? It’s helped me stop overusing my upper body, trap area and stops the tensing up
