    try eating 2,500-2,700 cals a day gangy with progressive overload and some cardio 3-5 days a week

    Bruh I’d say I eat about 2000-2300 a day and I’m a pretty avid runner so cardio is taken care of

    Guessing a bit but like max 2500 calories on a heavy day

    Lifting about 4-5 days. Running about 10 miles week. Also doing some bike on lifting days

    Does your gym have a back extension machine? I also do a lot of back hyperextensions on the glute-ham raise machine. Has helped with prehab
