    It’s amazing having someone do your meal preps one of my greatest joys when I come home is smelling my girls cooking and waking up in the morning to a packed lunch

    I can’t ever trust anyone to meal prep for me on a cut out of fear they drench my food in olive oil

    Them crackas was NOT locked in they was cracking jokes while doing bare minimum exercises on like 3-5 lb weights bruh. Which by itself aint an issue but dont have your whole crack out and think just putting your (non fitting) shirt over it instead of pulling your goddamn pants up is gonna fix the problem.

    His WHOLE crack was out and old f*** just laughed when i was like “yo can you please pull yo pants up”

    Like it’s a difference between ya crack being out and your WHOLE crack being out at a public goddamn space. Some of these “new year new me” people be not even respecting the space.

    -20 outside and gym was packed i did dead lifts 4 plates and 30 mins cardio to end it

    Always go in the mornings (if ya schedule allows it)

    Get the s*** over with
    Eat ya mornin breakfast (a bowl unsweetened milk & 2 scoops of protein powder wit a side of tofu scrambles)
    Then get on wit yo day (or catch up on sleep if you work evenings)

    I’m not sure aboot this 1 m8. By the time you do your cool downs and get changed for a cold shower or ice bath, your muscles are good.
