Going to IF, increase volume and reduce weight until I phase it out completely (last summer I was basically doing all body weight exercises), as well as cardio days and focus on more recovery, diet, and sleep
Copped a Concept2 Rower with 40k miles for $750.

i will be working outside this f***n week and its going to be super ass minus cold and when is to cold i usually dont lift that much because if i do i get sick very easy because my body is tired plus dealing with the cold

you can do it man trust me i was like that before jjust doing 3 plate 35 all the time and that was all i can do then i started upping the weight a little every time and then last year i got to where my dream goal was and that was 4 plate 25 now i just kinda do around 4 plate 10
