i always stay at the same weight always at 175-179
So I got this program through work that basically lets me get into a bunch of different gyms for just one monthly subscription
I really only go to Anytime Fitness cuz it’s the closest to me and not too busy so I can get most my s*** done. But I had actually signed up at an anytime from a different city.
Well I just got this email that my original anytime fitness is no longer working with this program, but anytime as a whole isn’t taking this stance just that one.
So I can just re enroll at my new anytime fitness…and get access to any anytime fitness, including the old one that canceled the partnership

all good i remembered randomly today during my lunch break
I wanted to post a pic of my first full gym year here with my gains and that but my gut really bummed me out and I thought it didn't look good at all. I wont do the corny thing of 'overcoming' and posting it regardless but know that gym s*** isnt always pretty and its a long way to the top and best you can do is keep at it
i’ve competed at high levels in athletics throughout my life and right now is the most ripped i’ve been as a dude in his 20’s working a regular degular job

you have to be pretty huge and dehydrated to lose 10 pounds of water it’s definitely from working on it. good stuff man if it helps your mind at all trying weighing yourself in the morning wearing the same clothing just to keep it constant
