close to unacceptable not having that here in AU - unless a niche/hardcore setup - even FItness First buckled and have it at their most popular locations

what number did you do it on ? before in the summer i was doing it on speed 12 for like 25 mins rest then fin the other 6 until 30 mins now that its winter i dont wanna PUSH TO MUCH BECAUSE I DONT WANNA GET SICK AND GET SO TIRED from pushing to much
also i do this on a heavy back day
