I injured my left shoulder 6 years ago while doing 85lbs dumbbells. My spotter looked away while my left arm started to fall back, I almost snapped my arm bro.

Yeah I kinda have a s*** left shoulder myself. Not by trauma like yourself but it’s limited

I can go pretty heavy on flat chest, but once I start getting close to 2 plates in incline my shoulder starts fail. Back, arms are no problem to me. Just sucks man I can’t f***ing do 25 pound shoulder press without my left shoulder failing it sucks d***. Maybe I gotta go see some special type of doctor man idk
