Decline cable flys 3 sets x12 (superset) standing shoulder press 10,8,6
Flat DB Press 3 sets 10, 8, 5
Seated chest press 3 sets x12, 10, 8 (superset) side felt db raise 3 sets 10,8,6
My cousin told me I dont push myself in the gym and the s*** pissed me off. Sounds too close to “you don’t work hard”. Felt good to see that ring of sweat on the t shirt. I’m not playing, been trying to lose 15 pounds all year and been stagnating, I’m bout to zap this s*** off now.

finally at a point in my journey where i feel like im not completely obsessing over my fitness goals but im still grinding and going hard
gonna do a 1.5-2/cut a week for 20ish more pounds (already a few weeks in) and end in time for spring / summer instead of waiting and stressing myself out.

for reference everytime i’m too obsessed w my fitness goals i lose a bunch of weight, then fall off and binge eat and gain a few back
