midway thru the leg session i locked in w my boy and by the end of it ended w a lil cardio and felt better
now im super still and calm

ive had like a feeling (not pain) in between my left glute and hamstring for a couple weeks now and it happened when i swung my leg over a a ledge at work
and sometimes my front left hip will ache/hurt (left hip always been tighter than right i feel like)
last time it happened cuz i fell asleep on my side (i dont ever sleep on my side)
anyone link me to some good hip/glute/legs mobility exercises/videos ?

Read up on Progressive Overload. You have to add intensity to your workout over time.
update: i let the chips and popeyes go and i lost 10 pounds since this tuff
