for reference everytime i’m too obsessed w my fitness goals i lose a bunch of weight, then fall off and binge eat and gain a few back
this is tough man dont be one of those ppl and then you also get to the point where you wanna change ppl too lol
Ran a 5k yesterday without stopping 
Pace of 9:32
First time I ever ran more than 1 mile at a time and I got 3.2 miles
Switched out the heavy ass Yeezys for actual running shoes and it made a huge difference

Has anyone successfully returned to the gym 3 months after elbow surgery? My surgeon’s assistant okayed it without a second thought or doing any tests but I think he’s tweaking and don’t trust his judgment. I could snap my s*** in half by accident on the wrong machine
