    I work hard during my sets but my gym is massive and walking around takes up most of the time lmao. I understand people thinking that if we are goofing around but never that.

    that's about how long i'm in there.

    but it really all depends on your goals and what you're doing. Like I only take 90 seconds between sets, but some people might go 3 minutes between sets for supposedly optimal growth.

    As long as you're not overtraining or being inefficient it doesn't matter how long you're in the gym.

    ultimately you're going to have to listen to your body

    most common issues with overtraining are going to come from too much volume or not enough down time

    usually do 3 sets of like w.e until i get 25 reps out of it so mainly 3x8

    are you on any kind of program? are you tracking anything?

    i mean 3x8 for your exercises is standard hypertrophy stuff

    but if you're in there for 2 hours how many exercises are you doing

    legs
    chest/abs
    back/cardio
    arms/abs/cardio
    shoulders

    between mon-thursday/then saturday

    food wise i eat very clean iv been the same weight for years i think at this point i have just been maintaining

    i workout 5 days a week cardio i do like 2x a week nothing over stressing my body plus i throw in kalestetic training too pull ups chin ups rope exercises triceps
