used to go ridiculously hard on my cardio but have been incline walking lately. been much better for recovery and cutting results have been steady. missing doing the quicker runs but we are trusting the process.

do you do staiir master its a great burner for after words when your done weights
need some good protein meals for recovery, i eat cottage cheese a lot sometimes protein chips what are some other foods i can have
ok playtime was fun, got my rest in this weekend, time to get back on track and get LEAN bb we BACK!!!

was gonna hit active recovery at the gym but… i lifted heavy 4 days in a row with cardio daily so this is gonna be an actual rest day lol
will stretch, foam roll and walk later but that’s it fr my body is sore everywhere

lifted a few weights and then did 30 mins on the treadmill
didnt really wanna overdo it too much first day

Make sure to drink a lot of water and get protein post workout to help repair them muscles
