    do you do staiir master its a great burner for after words when your done weights

    i use an airbike so when I go hard for intervals i don't have to be scared that in a fatigued state I could possibly fall off lmao

    I do find the stairmaster to be good but the steps at my gym are too small, find myself having to look down all the time to make sure I don't fall which is annoying. otherwise I'd do it more often.

    what's a good level btw on the stair master? I'm too shy to look at other peoples screens LMAO

    first day I did everything on my daily workout tracker

    I ain't tryna optimize for anything but grit and consistency right now

    once I have that baseline level I'll focus more on targeting specific metrics/muscles

    i wanna get back into exercise so badly but i feel so weak now an whenever i try i just get exhuasted and burnt out for days

    i used to be able to run an hour straight, do like 100 pushups in a day, 100-200 crunches type s***, would literally jus do crunches for fun

    today is my weekly spa visit gonna hit the sauna and cold plunge hard. shoutout the dude who showed me the wet towel trick to make the suana hot as fuck. got that s*** pushing 200 now

    and now in the cold plunge I move around constantly because that's way colder than staying still as a statue, you build up this buffer of warmth around you sitting still like that. couldnt be me cutting corners! no sir!

    I quit benching to protect my shoulders for this reason, and I go a lot lighter on squats nowadays. Damn near wiped out my knee cartilage tryna go too hard
