  • workout done.. hit 1 PR.. 45 minutes of zone 2 cardio… will be stretching/foam rolling/walking my dog later tonight and REST tomorrow
    eating at/around maintenance to do a refeed because at the tail end of this cut i’m feeling like s***.. projected to hit my goal weight by next week tho
