Thanks man. P much just dull pain above my elbow all the time and then doing certain exercises, particularly when I fully extend my arm it just feels weird
Had an ultrasound and xray and dr/physio agree it is strained tendon
The urge to get back to the 7-8% BF I was at 2020-2021...........but man cardio eats up so much time lol
I'm a f***ing tank but I lowkey miss the lean aesthetic, I'm stronger than I've ever been by far but even when I'm hooping man I feel like I'm moving at a snails pace compared to the old days

An insane amount, usually ran 2-3 a miles a day, on top of hooping 2-3 times a week, and I’d lift typically for about an hour and a half everyday.
I’m paying for it now though, I’ve got arthritis in both knees already lmao
