did a crazy shoulder workout did 3x6 with 80s on sitting ohp then some cardio
but felt bad i had a small fries and McDonalds i feel now even if i have something like that i consider it a cheat meal because i eat so healthy everyday

Squat day the hardest to get to the gym
leg day is actually my favorite
Deadlift day isn’t as hard for me it’s the damn squats. Once I’m there it’s not so bad but damn it’s hard to mentally get ready to put all that weight on my back

i haven’t done a deadlift in years. my leg day is warm up then
4x100 leg extension superset with hamstring curls
4x8 back squat
4x10 leg press last set being a drop
