    My back developed the quickest, followed by my shoulders, chest, arms, and legs.

    What about you guys? Which muscles developed first in your fitness journey?

    long as you follow that up with soyboy that knocks out 10 overhand pullups in a row flawlessly even on a bad day (or days where I'm wearing gloves cause it's colder than Chicago during a polar vortex)

    Legs...definitely legs.

    I have hit legs like 5 times these past 5 years and calves measure up to 17.75inches during a pump
