I’ve had a cold since Thanksgiving that’s been slowing me down. Needing more sleep to recover
there was a period of time where i was training 6 times per week and rehearsing daily for a play in addition to my job and i was sleeping like 5 hours per night which im normally fine with but my immune system plummetted at one point

I did skip a day but ended up getting back in. Getting the blood pumping kinda helped get over the fatigue tho

chest day was good also dont buy master locks there garbage the combination one there so easy to break into i had my hoodie stolen from locker at the gym but my Jordan's where still there buy a key one like a good hard one funny enough master ones are good you can buy them at home depot
Bulk not worth it anymore now that I’ve cut 20 pounds again. Gonna just aim to be as bulked in my lean state as possible, that’s the move after years of experimenting

Exactly dawg. This last bulk literally took me 1.5 f***ing years just to finally break plateau and see any type of shift positively in number and in the last month the weight has just been falling off and I can’t believe I was ever that bulk. I was walking at 205, I usually walk at 155-165 (short) but when I bulked to 185, I was so happy so I just kept going and then could never go back
But now we back again
different animal, same beast. Just wait till a nigga peaks again, better than last time. This is life

I was sick for a week but I’m like 90% back. Just congested now mostly over it. Just a lingering cold. S***s the worst
