Legit better than candy. Got some birthday cake ones cuz Walmart had a rebate deal on em. If they got busted one day for lying about their nutrition facts I would not be surprised they are insane

They’re fine. I’m really not trying anything too heavy anymore, I want to stay lean and athletic rather than bulky like I felt the last year. I’m moving so much better on the basketball court again.
I really haven’t even tried any of the big 3 since losing weight (bench, deads, squats). Mainly doing cable, resistance band, dumbbell oriented work. Still feel strong.

20 pounds up in a month and a half and at my highest weight ever after not going to the gym for like 3 weeks
3 months to go before the year ends, still plenty of time. Just start asap!!!

Dam it feel good doing 30 pull ups now when a while ago i couldnt even do 1. Not much still but f*** it we ball.
Slow progress but progress nonetheless. Changing my mindset on health and fitness really helping me establish a daily routine

True, thank u man. I could barely do 3 sets of assisted pull ups 2 years ago, then fell off when i couldnt afford my gym membership + PT any more. Felt like i didnt make any progress at all
Modifying my PTs routine for what actually works for me with calisthenics and KBs, and i feel like im genuinely progressing now in a smaller amount of time than expected. Part of me thinks i actually did progress with my PT, even if it didnt look like it.
Thought i wasted so much money on the gym but it was just the wrong schedule + diet for me, the stuff he taught me about breathing, form and mind body connection is priceless though.

back to the gym after skipping a week. left early cause i got nauseous. haven‘t even reached my calorie goal yet. man i hate eating
Need to get back in gym, this stupid job is burning me out and i barely have time or energy to work out these days because of it
i did not i repeat did not have it in me to do legs at the gym but i pulled a hail mary and finish my heavy squats

Focussed a bit more on shoulders last weeks and thats paying off. Less iritating, more strength and feel good doing other excercises too.
Month left till Hyrox and 7 weeks till my marathon so upcoming weeks going to be hell
