Had to get to the gym after work today. The f***ing worst. I’ve been having such a hard time getting my ass out of bed in the morning for some reason tho.
Last couple weeks I’ve been a little extra tired which I think is just a result of 5 months of cutting. Ended up doing a refeed this week which has helped with energy levels

since my shoulder injury i have taken about 10 day so far its funny i dont workout but my body still feels sore like i did could be it be that i am over stretching? i am still stretching and stuff

Hmmm it could be, especially if you’re stretching cold. Are you warming your muscles up before stretching? I typically use my Theragun before stretching, or will start off with dynamic stretching before static stretches

i foam roll every morning use the massage gun if i am sore only or like a tennis ball but daily i use the rubber band for like my shoulders back etc

How much longer are you resting the shoulder?
Being sore from stretching isn’t completely out of the ordinary so it’s hard to say. You don’t want to overstretch and pull something, but some light stretching shouldn’t be an issue.
If you’re eating properly and getting enough sleep I wouldn’t think you’d get sore from stretching though. If you’re close to returning to the gym then it might not be a bad idea to take a few days of complete rest before going back.

its been what 9 days i was going to see how i feel monday and go from there
i eat/sleep good and stretch every day about 2x a day more moderate stretching in the afternoon and a light stretch before bed
