They had a sign that said “happy birthday ghost!” And “this GNC is family owned” so I was like that’s cool. Asked them about the promo and they’re like “oh well that’s online only, or actually not online only but not available here.” So apparently the family owned signed basically meant “we only sell stuff to suckers”

I enjoyed this . I like the idea of more natural movements for exercises. And the mention of Turkish getups at the end , I do those once or twice a week.

I love the routine & split of PPLPPLx too much. I always go back to it over other programs over the years. I’ve dialed into trying to do progressive overload and and be and efficient as possible while I’m there though. I do my cardio outside the gym too
