I don’t feel it during my workouts but later on in the day it’s rough. Felt it playing tennis today after the gym and thugged it out but s*** sucked fr. It was like 2 weeks since I felt that pain and it just started again.

maybe you pulled something or a pinched nerve if nothing that i mentioned helped before trying go seeing a rmt and espson salt bath or try putting ice

Maintaining is tough tbh. The gains are incredibly slow and eventually you'll get bored(speaking from experience). IMO you're better off lean bulking/cutting.
