great. If i were u, i would pick either flat db press or the chest press machine, instead of doing them both, because both essentially work the same portion of the chest

nah, its all good. I think keeping the flat and incline press and the pec deck is mostly likely enough, cause you're hitting essentially all the region of the chest.
if u want, you can add some dips or lower cable flies, to work out the lower part of your chest, but that might be too much volume imo.

Also, try not to set your reps to "failure" on any exercise. Try to always estabilish a rep range. If you're failing at 15 or close to 15, your rep range should be set to that

i use to do the bench for lower chest and then i seen a good video online for lower chest and saved my life lo l

Always a lot of deo before (and after of course) but I always stink like sweat after a hard workout and especially in the summer no matter how much deo I apply 😭 I use perfume lotion now because it stays longer but can't promise I will stay smelling good after 2 hour workout tho
