damn i feel like thats a lot of exercises for one session.
idk hows your training split, if you're training back two times a week, i would spread those exercises. Maybe try one pull and one row, and if u want, u can include pull ups, i think they're f***ing goated.
i like to do high reps, cause for me thats when i really feel my lats. I try do to 10+ reps for each set.
going for the biggest stretch u can possible do on the eccentric its whats really important, thats when u really gonna feel your lats tearing like crazy, in a good way

Word the last part was what I was really looking for. So would you say I should go a little lighter on the weight to get higher reps and deeper stretch?

It might be a lot of work outs, sometimes I throw a 1-2 more in, but if I do less I feel like I’m not doing enough.
What’s on the agenda tonight gang? I’m about to do chest & tris and then play some basketball

u should always go for the deeper stretch, regardless of the weight.
But yes! Try to find a weight where you can bang out at least 12 reps

i do 2-3 exercises for the back and the pump i get is f***ing insane almost everytime
also, one more tip, if u don't have it already, buy straps. Dont fall into that bullshit where people say straps are for pussies. Straps are also godtier, and can help you a s*** ton

Pilates is fye, did it for about 3 months in 2018 when I had some back troubles and it fixed me up. It’s hard as s*** tho. I did go to a studio however
