    Love to hear this fam. It’s crazy what fasting has done to my energy levels. Who would’ve known those late night carbs do absolutely nothing for me lmfao. It’s truly a hidden gem if you like to have some freedom in your diet

    I'm the same man, I do better with carbs earlier in the day. But it's fascinating some guys do better by carb backloading. You can only know for sure by experimenting.

    Need to take some pics when I’m lifting man, I’m at 250 rn and moving some serious weight

    I’m trying to cut down to 225 by spring/summer but this is a crazy spot I’m in

    Still got my mile around 7:15-7:30 so hopefully we get back to the 5s and 6s where I’m used to at that time

    i did 35 min incline on the max incline at around 3.0-3.4 speed and i did not sweat as much as if i were to do stair master

    PB & J sandwiches (a lot of em)
    Cereal
    Ham and Cheese sandwiches
    Croissants
