Adopted some intermittent fasting practices to try to lean out. Gonna be eating between 7a-3p Monday-Friday and be lax on the weekends. Kinda allows me to be more free with my diet too. Went to a breakfast spot today and might go to Waffle House tomorrow 😋

Love to hear this fam. It’s crazy what fasting has done to my energy levels. Who would’ve known those late night carbs do absolutely nothing for me lmfao. It’s truly a hidden gem if you like to have some freedom in your diet
Haven’t had a good week of lifting in about 2 weeks. Yesterday I ran 3.5 mi and did 100 pushups. chest and tris are sore 
Feeling like them newbie days where you get a pump off of anything lol
