I am more positive about that stuff after thinking about the past, because a lot of old woman(usually grandmas) give girls tips like "never live with a man without a big amount of money on the safe secret place so you can easily escape". without romanticising relationship back then u can see that men were even worse and beating woman was something classic to do (not like its not same now in some places, but still)
