The workplace is no place to show vulnerability in that sense regardless. But you can also eliminate that by choosing your friends wisely and becoming more secure in yourself. I have no issues showing my emotions and opening up to the people around me.

Manual labor - That isn't just exclusive to men. As for why there are more men who do manual labor kinda jobs over women. Most times it is men who are in charge of manual labor jobs who do not hire women, as they are viewed as weaker than men.

Expecting to push through everything with hardships because you’re a man - This is something that has been pushed by...men. The whole "bootstraps" mentality is propagated almost entirely by men.

Provide for yourself - This is something that has been pushed...by men. Even then, women provide for themselves as well. So I'm not entirely sure what your point is here. Everybody provides for themselves. The idea of the stay at home mother while the father goes out and works hasn't been a realistic idea for decades. In most two parent households, both the man and woman are working to provide for one another and the family.

Learning when to show your feelings and how to control them - It is often men who push the idea that showing feelings is "bitch made" and that you aren't a real man or strong if you show emotion. S***, there was a time (and it still goes on) when men who sought out therapy were shamed for it and shunned by their peers because they were viewed as "feminine".

Dealing with other men - You want women to deal with men or some s***? What happened to "Men aren't supposed to hit women"? A moral code created and enforced by other men?
