He hasn’t been the same to me since his mom died. Completely understandable it would f*** me up too but that was the tangible change from who I held the old Kanye as in my head
Only right answer.
Donda dying led to his downfall personally and musically. Just how it goes
Compare Kanye’s life before and after this song dropped.

There you will have your answer. False Prophets gotta be one of the most impactful destructive disses of all time. Cole won
An executive producer for an album would benefit Ye big time.....someone who can give him that structure without shilling for the majors.
tried that with Future for Donda 2

He was in a mental hospital during this so I don’t think it was going great anyways
What if I start off the track, hum the beginnin’
F*** up the middle part, and mumble the endin’?
It just feels better, in my humble opinion
Hes just lazy af rn
Just doesnt bother to finish s***
Or he cant cause of his mental state maybe
I think V1 was dope cause Ty held it together
River still better than any track of your fav rapper this year btw
(Maybe besides Kung fu Kenny)

Real af tbh
Just vibes
I think as a later career album, Donda is pretty damn good. He really put a lot of effort into it.
Vultures 1, although it has its shortcomings, still felt like a constructed album when it finally hit streaming.
Vultures 2…still trying to figure out what the point of releasing it in this state is. Usually this is first listening party stream level and he pushes the date back until he’s crowd sourced it a few times and makes his revisions. This time it went straight to streaming.
Prolly cause it leaked
Because we expect him to.....try?
The nigga tried and gave us a phenomenal era literally 3 years ago in the midst of going through a massive divorce and mental breakdown and STILL managed to give us 32 songs in a year nearly 30 years into his career
Yes you sound like an entitled lil b****
He hasn’t been the same to me since his mom died. Completely understandable it would f*** me up too but that was the tangible change from who I held the old Kanye as in my head
Facts he never got a chance to grieve or heal son was on tour immediately after
Better
Nah.
We dont expect that from anyone else in any genre. Niggas wasnt THAT invested in Stevie albums in the 90s. It didnt matter cause his legacy cemented.
Same with Ye, he already cemented.
This is on the onus of the fact these young niggas are so bereft of any new ideas that we gotta keep depending on old niggas way past they prime to keep coming up with s***.
Like it’s no reason some of the most unique production of today should be coming from a 40 something year old (but that’s where we are)

Let the album breathe a little. Also look at their faces in the videoes, they’re just laughing having fun. Its fun music. Ye’s catalog is certified, he doesn’t need to impress anyone anymore. Its time to just enjoy and relax
Because we expect him to.....try?
He’s 50 years old.
I listened to 3 songs off this album and stopped playing.
That’s where I been at with ye for a while.
After a point I stop tuning in. Same with drake after FATD, people have to cosign before I just listen now cause the output is too bad.
I come to peace that once an artist I know is washed/doesnt care anymore, I can just move tf on.
It’s so many new artists that are trying new things why are we still holding on to this old nigga?
when will everyone else move on from dude
Because a lot of us are longtime fans
Because a lot of us are longtime fans
I been listening since freshman adjustment.
It’s ok to move on lol.
The “culture” exalted Kanye to a level where he could do no wrong. What did they expect?
The moment he started supporting Trump and disrespecting the struggles of our ancestors, it should have been a red flag.
Combine that with traumatic experiences like losing his mother and feeling insecure about Drake's success, and you have the ingredients for an ambitious creative like him to spiral out of control.
