I gather enough capital either through personal savings of my own income or I receive outside investment either through a loan or a grant. With that capital I incentivize other humans to design the tour with me, and trade me their labor for the construction of the staging and sound design for money.

Now I ask you, how does it work under socialism? Not if the thought experiment is relevant or not.
