the pho broth was v light on salt which i actually liked, but defs hit w a super beefy flavor w a nice fragrance from the spices
think its a good light pho, very comforting

features more cheese and toppings than reguar italian pizzas for instance

beautiful crisp, beautiful chew, light and airy dough, incredible cheese pull like it was genuinely crazy

i think they finish w red pepper flakes, oregano, and shaved raw garlic

the plain icy one
egg was overboiled it had that gray ring round the yolk :(
and it didnt have enough soup for me (ice melted mostly in2 just soup), plus the beef was kinda tuff
but not too bad price wise
was very spicy it hit me halfway thru the bowl

the top one is a fugazzeta a la piedra ft spanish onions and mozzarella
the second one is a muzza con jamon a la piedra
ft prosciutto cotto, mozz, and tomato sauce
the a la piedra means on a stone, in contrast to his al molde pan pizzas
this made me want to try out jinya's tempura and karaage
their ramen and takoyaki are so good

for me, i think my faves r the ramen, the cuke salad, the wings, the pork, and the shaved ice. the others are skippable. if its b/n the wings n the pork go wings

lodi pain au choc--was really disappointing actually, the texture inside was rly off but it was indeed crispy on the outside

the bread, the mortadella, the chicken liver toast, the vitello tonnato (veal w tonnato sauce). i liked the vitello tonnato a lot!!!! kinda wacky but good. the chicken liver toast was very standard, the sourdough bread was good, the focaccia was bad (not airy at all). mortadella was nice but not life changing
sausage, mostarda, really good beans??? i rly liked the beans lol. sausage was a p normal sweet italian tbh
gelato w chocolate salami-- i affogato'ed it by getting an espresso on the side lol. milk flavored, very very milk flavored. tbh i think i like una pizza napoletana's milk flavored gelato more... and misi's probs

idk if it was just the main we got but tbh a lot of it was kinda just kinda like v much the presentation of it
like nothing was rly rly special except mayb the vitello tonnato and the beans underneath the sausage lolol
the food defs has like a simone rocha girly vibe which i like but is like.... definitely looks first
estela is a better restaurant but i like the aesthetic vision of lodi ig
but ive heard good things abt like some of the specials they sometimes have (none tn)
