sarson ka saag + makki ki roti (makki ka roti??) which is basically just a giant sope w nothing on top ig--its also a cornmeal flatbread
apparently its often eaten together bc theyre seasonal at the same time in punjab
tbh not a huge saag person so the saag didnt hit for me
also got samosa chaat which hit tho
they own a couple of other indian restos in ny -- malai marke, chola, etc that are all pretty solid

pork rib was not memorable in any sort of way at all,
pickles were good, kimchi was average, fried chicken was cool but not phenomenal its ust fried chicken but imagine it encased in like fish and chips type batter instead of reg batter

mansaf - lamb in yogurt sauce over rice and pita (pita layer on the v bottom)
bowl of yogurt in the back to be poured oer the rice
really good, wld hit again for sure
pistachio manakish was wayy tastier than i imagined tbh the pistachios were so fragrant and well toasted it was so good
took the leftover mansaf home and ate it w hot sauce
took the leftover pistachio manakish home and drizzled honey on it

Spicy tonkatsu ramen with chashu pork (butter, spicy sauce, bean sprouts, green onion, seasoned egg, bamboo shoots) 10/10
Takoyaki on top of the fluffiest whipped eggs. Very rich. 8/10 because the eggs couldve used some salt.
Fried chicken 10/10
Pork gyoza 9/10
Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura 9/10
this made me want to try out jinya's tempura and karaage

oxtail + brisket pho from just pho you, i really liked this
the pho broth was v light on salt which i actually liked, but defs hit w a super beefy flavor w a nice fragrance from the spices

beautiful crisp, beautiful chew, light and airy dough, incredible cheese pull like it was genuinely crazy
lots of flavor from the toppings, both of them tasted so good and had such depth of flavor
i think they finish w red pepper flakes, oregano, and shaved raw garlic

the plain icy one
egg was overboiled it had that gray ring round the yolk :(
and it didnt have enough soup for me (ice melted mostly in2 just soup), plus the beef was kinda tuff
but not too bad price wise
was very spicy it hit me halfway thru the bowl
