im rooting for these devices to do well, but i personally consider 30fps completely unacceptable in big 26

I don't know if that's even possible, but if this thing ends up being only a couple hundred more than a PS5 Pro at this point, I feel like more people may be willing to switch to Steam Machine due to the game library, compactness, free online play, etc. rather than paying $900 for an almost 7 year old hardware with no backwards compatibility.

I def use my handhelds way less than most people but I cannot lie, it feels good as f*** to play in bed or on the couch lol. I still consider it worth it just for that.

if your pc is a desktop and not like a desktop replacement or gaming laptop ie not portable then absolutely i think it's a good idea especially since console gaming has been a humiliation ritual since forever

looks like controller announcement is imminent and Machine/Frame will be sold later. Probably fall/winter release for Machine/Frame and summer for controller.
