I think it's general consensus that El Camino didn't need to happen. It's a fun victory lap for a great series so I'm not mad at it but definitely doesn't improve anything

As for the Nazis, I get it. But to me the show was never going to top Gus. Walt is the true villain of the final season and he had to collaborate with an over the top irredeemable villain to show how bad he has broken

I think 9/10 there will be speculated endings better than what actually happened

El Camino is a good epilogue to the series. It doesn’t change anything from the main show and can easily be ignored if you don’t care to experience that epilogue to the show.

Lydia and nazis I didn’t think “ oh this going to top Gus” they both just didn’t bring anything out of Walter and set up the obvious redemption. Lydia could have been much better done writing wise . Even the use of the machine gun lol

Well yes I am not disagreeing but since it does exist I can make clear in this case how unnecessary or poorly written it feels

Forget the next 2. Season 1 is one of the best things HBO ever put out.
