im 1000% its not a hot take but all pilot tv show episodes are either terrible or so obviously different from what the season ends up being that each time I go from ep1 to ep2 it feels just incredibly jarring

I skip CGI scenes when I rewatch something. I just hate it all. I will sit through it once to get the overall story and never again. I can't think of a moment where I ever wanted to rewatch a CGI scene.
