im talking about people that don't actually pass they just stay in the left and try to drive at 90 mph the whole time not people going around you and then returning to the speed limit lol

im not trying to argue with anybody im just saying no matter what you believe the rules are you're going to slow down to the speed limit if the police get behind you.

In CA and AZ there are even places that have fluctuating speed limits that change depending what part of the day you're in (morning, afternoon and night)

And there is a minimum speed law as well, that you can't go below a certain threshold

Now you can always get a real speed d***head or a dumbass cop, but it does exist and can be fought if you're the dumbass speed d***head or the turtle d***head with the dumbass cop

Nevada is also the same iirc but I rarely drive there when I'm there

I've always done this instinctively, never knew there was a term for it. People need to do this more when merging. Traffic would move a lot more smoothly but then again most people don't know how merge in general anyway

Obviously going 90 is dangerous and will get you pulled over. If I go 10 or 15 miles over the speed limit on the left lane do you have an issue with that? Most cops will not pull you over for doing that. I've done it in front of them plenty of times

Y'all need to stop being a*** about these things. If I weave in and out of traffic and lanes technically I'm not breaking any rules but it is still reckless and dangerous driving right? Just because I stick to the rules doesn't automatically mean what I'm doing isn't dangerous. Just because I break the rules doesn't automatically mean what I'm doing is dangerous. Common sense should trump over everything at the end of the day
