Will SimpIn my country, we just have a fast lane (the right lane on any road) but drivers here might deadass be some of the worst in the world so people going below the speed limit use that lane anyway
The concept of a lane strictly for passing is wild to me, can't picture it working over here
So you guys have a lane that's supposed to be completely empty unless there's a driver overtaking someone ahead of them and then they have to go back to that lane after they pass? Traffic over here is f***ed, no way people would just sit behind another driver while there's a completely free lane next to them. More and more people have this logic and eventually, that lane is full“In my country…”

Obviously going 90 is dangerous and will get you pulled over. If I go 10 or 15 miles over the speed limit on the left lane do you have an issue with that? Most cops will not pull you over for doing that. I've done it in front of them plenty of times
