Craig wrote Chernobyl I trust him with my life
None of his changes so far take away from the story
I'm just messing around
I would've preferred the spores thing though
i feel too like the show is giving us more perspective on how much of a struggle the fireflys are having. like that dialogue on them having been basically getting f***ed for 20 years in their fight with fedra, you really get a sense in the show that lowkey the fireflys aint really s*** when it comes to being a threat to overthrow fedra, despite all their efforts.
my head-cannon for fedra not chasing after them is it isnt worth their time treking through heavy infected populated areas just to kill some fireflys that probably arnt a huge threat to them anyway
I’m replaying the game rn and one line I forgot is right at the start
when you meet Robert he goes “come with me and we will get your guns from the fireflies. They are basically all dead anyways, come with me to where I sold your guns and we will finish the rest of them off”. Lmfaooo fire flies ain’t s\*\*\*

In that area they're all basically dead, not the faction as a whole. There's still a ton running around.
I agree the Fireflies are a buncha losers though
Especially Abby's dad

Well her dad refused to let Ellie go and came at Joel with a scalpel so I don't care about him. I always let the others live
Tess' death was whack...
Ngl.
Bruh the camera shaking thing isn’t even that bad let it go lmao
I agree the point is there are better elements to nitpick than a kids face . But many of you lack reading comprehension when it comes to my post so “it’s perfect “ there you go
This is what they did to the camera operators before yelling action

Someone can say the exact same thing as me but I get hate for saying it

In what way ? Felt fast or not enough of her character but game was same way . The story of her family they cut was interesting but would be rushed putting it in

I wonder if in show fedra has any goal for a vaccine or believes in one
I'm really impressed with how well they nail the intensity of the action sequences (compared to the game). That s*** in the museum had my a****** tight
super excited to see Ellie and Joel's relationship develop now that it's just the two of them. I loved the little moments between the two of them in this episode.
Whew, these cold openings are so hard
Best part of the episode for me damn near
Anytime someone says something that affects their personal enjoyment about something you don’t have to jump them if it’s articulated. Some things are valid . Them saying something affects them doesn’t take away from your enjoyment.
If they are saying “ this isn’t exactly like the game that came out 10 years ago “ that’s not a logical one you need to respond to
