Mine was when I did a dungeon on jemison and then a main quest took me to the exact same dungeon but copy pasted on a different planet. The loot in the loot room was the same and it even had the same note from the same sergeant explaining what loot was in there

my biggest gripe so far is that I don’t feel compelled to try melee, they only gave it one skill in the combat tree meanwhile ranged weapons have like 18 of the other perks
melee and stealth definitely leave something to be desired

Almost 100 hours in and I haven’t even done the randomly generated stuff yet, there’s enough main quests, faction quests and side quests to do that I don’t feel compelled to try the randomized dungeons yet
The loot in chests is randomized when you enter a location so not possible but yeah the decorative loot sitting around is probably the same
