I’m sick of people complaining over pointless s*** 👍 New Yorkers dropping quips will not make a spider-man movie better no matter how much you stroke yourselves off thinking you’re actually a better writer than everyone else in Hollywood
Idk why wanting to see more NY and Peter's interaction with the city is so crazy to you
Again, it's a VITAL part of his character - we just want to see it

No one saying we better writers. Its not that serious for f***s sake. No one even saying it ruined the movie. Mans talking about seeing it again Saturday and you in uproar.

I’m not in an uproar
you throwing a pissy fit cus I made fun of a dumbass critique
I promise you if you look into ANY movie too much you will find something to criticize.
I promise you it’s not that hard.
My criticisms after two viewings -
1. The very obvious play to the memes of the Raimi Universe
2. Doctor Strange’s willingness at all to cast a spell so powerful it can affect time and space for Peter Parker (a kid he was more then willing to sacrifice in Infinity War to keep the Stone safe)
3. Flash parading around (writing a f***ing book) pretending to be Spider-Man’s best friend and seemingly having no legal consequences to that.
4. a severe lack of legal consequences for Aunt May and Happy left unaddressed in the first act. (Felt like a scene or two more with Murdock more utilized could have fixed that)
5. A lack of explanation on what they decided to do with Eddie Brock and Peter Parker meeting for the first time.
Nah this all inconsequential s*** that 0 percent of people would expect a marvel movie to explain
I will say this:
I do wish that we saw more NYC s*** and the public react to Spider-Man on some street s***. That is something that I have severely missed since Homecoming - absolutely NO NYC web-swinging or crawling and that's arguably one of my favorite things about Spider-Man
The villains were largely useless: I wish we saw more of them figuring out things about the MCU like Norman/Ock/Electro react to things they would never have dreamt of
Does anyone think that they made Andrew more ditzy and dumb? I feel like his character changed the most. That was something I did not expect especially where we left him at with Gwen dying and even himself saying that he started to pull his punches, etc
This is wishful thinking and asking for too much, but I also would have loved to see a glimpse into what their universes / what their lives been like or see them react to the MCU like I stated with the villains above
Going again on Saturday!
1st third of the movie you got your new york s***

Didn't they basically say it was easy to do the spell with no problems? Peter just f***ed it up. Also, it looked really easy to solve the slip through villains. Peter just doubled down on making it worse lol
