Biden is governing as a progressive in moderates clothing. The work he is doing with the left of his party has ensured progressive change is making it in, without alienating non progressive voters. From an outsiders perspective the acumen of his administration is truly commendable. Progressives in europe are nowhere as competent or able to work together
