Wiki fits so well sonically in that world his post ratking stuff was dope but didn’t quite hit the same for me he seems like he thrives in a group

Oct 3, 2020·1 replybeflygeltI mean I understand why - but it's not like there aren't artists out there who are heavy crate diggers and more than happy to try and help promote some obscure work they took from (I have in mind DJ Shadow and Avalanches for example), I think it's more of a cultural thing in hip-hop that artists don't like to be asked that - it's because of good economic reasons of course, but I still don't think there's an inherent wrongness to just asking the person that knows best, as long as you respect they might have reasons not to answer
Asking is corny, not really particularly relevant that a couple artists enjoy sharing that info

Got a lil bit more info from Slauson, apparently he took one of my pics for the 2nd edition of Crater Speak but my face is "hidden", and apparently he did not use any of my tweets but someone else's? Also said the whole thing did not come from a place of disrespect... Wonder how that'll turn out lol

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that Slauson has some views like that which some might call radical
I don’t think it’s a stretch though, I see where he’s coming from as far as how black art is treated. That’s a huge topic in his music too
