The thing with radicalism is, when you're radical but aren't differentiating things, you're just dumbing down the complexity of facts. To me that's something this scene is struggling with sometimes. They're asking the right questions usually but I feel like they're still going too simple and comfortable routes to find answers sometimes.

Idk about all that, I know you mean well but the wording you’re using isn’t a good look and comes off like “I know what’s best for you guys”, I don’t really think the scene is struggling with it but maybe you are struggling with that aspect of the scene. I know you don’t wanna be labeled a violent colonizer but like, who are you to say they shouldn’t think that way? The more you push back against it or put out this air of “my opinion is very important” the more you’re gonna fit the description at the end of the day. It’s not worth it to try and tell someone that they shouldn’t feel how they feel about a situation regarding their art. Better to just accept that that’s how he feels. Not everything is fact based. Slauson’s music is so heavy with content and he’s talked about some of the reading he’s done and he just seems like a solid thinker, I don’t know you but there’s a 99% chance that out of you and Slauson, he has a far more valuable perspective on the intersection of art and race

He's never been confirmed I think, and even though I've read it was multiple allegations repeatedly I can only find a source for one. So I'm not gonna make any statements assuming he's guilty.
