That could still be the score. Soundtrack is usually prexisting songs that they licensed for a film and score is the music composed specifically for a film.

I mean i just thought in general the music fit the vibes so well and it really enhanced the film for me on a good sound system

Good Times felt like diet Refn imo

Don't see the comparison at all besides maybe the look of the film. Refn's pacing is much much much more deliberate and slowed down
