Daddy Yankee-Los Homerun-es De Yankee(2003)
-Hits: Seguroski, Musica Killa, Gata Gangster & more
-Features: Nicky Jam, Don Omar, Voltio, Yaviah, Notty
-This was a greatest hits compilation album that featured 4 new songs. Reason I posted this before other DY albums is because the 4 songs are amazing and 2 of them are HUGE hits. Also has some huge features. Rest of the album features the best of Yankee during the 90's. So if you like "El Cangri" and want to listen to his roots check this one out.
New Residente song appears to be coming out this Thursday
Could it feature one of these guys?
Arcangel and "El Dominio" are beefing over social media as well

AOTD:
Tego Calderon-El Underdog/El Subestimado(2006)
-Hits: Los Mate, Chillin, Payaso, Cuando Baila Reggaeton, Oh Dios, Llora Llora & more
-Features: Voltio, Eddie Dee, Oscar D'Leon, Don Omar, Yandel, Buju Banton, Chyno Nino
-Tego's second full length studio album. Didn't receive the same praise as "El Abayarde", and rightfully so, but its still a very solid album with a few classics.
AOTD:
Julio Voltio-Voltio(2005)
-Hits: Chuli Culin Chunfly(Ojalai), Chevere
-Features: Calle 13, Notch, Zion, Tego Calderon, Maestro, Three 6 Mafia
-Voltio's greatest hits style project with a lot of big songs and a few new songs. A cool rapping style and a smooth flow with dope bars. Worth checking out for the hits alone
AOTD:
Don Omar Presents: Meet The Orphans(2010)
-Hits: El Duro, Hasta Abajo, Hookah, Taboo, RX, Ella Ella, Danza Kuduro
-Features: Kendo Kaponi, Syko, Plan B, Zion & Lennox, Lucenzo
-This is a label project, similar to W&Ys "Los Vaqueros". The label (El Orfanato) at the time was Don Omar, Syko and Kendo, Danny Fornaris(producer) and A&X(producer). This was the breakthrough for Kendo Kaponi, who's now one of the popular faces of the genre. This album contains some of Don Omar's biggest hits, including the OG "Despacito"; "Danza Kuduro". Lot of hits on this one
AOTD:
Wisin & Yandel-De Nuevos A Viejos(2001)
-Hits: La Sata, Pegate, La Rockera, Quero Verte Bailar, Complaceme, En Busca De Ti
-Features: Baby Ranks
-This was the breakthrough album for W&Y. Their initial album, "Los Reyes Del Nuevo Milenio" was good but more hip hop oriented and didnt have huge hit songs that would earn them more radio play. This record is more reggaeton focused and features some all time W&Y tracks, like "Pegate".
AOTD:
Tempo-Game Over(1999)
-Hits: Siempre Listo, Voy De Mision, Ven y Vuela, Donde Estan Las Girlas, Balas, Narcohampon, Seguiras Viendome
-Features: Gastam, MC Ceja, Hector & Tito, Mexicano
-The debut album for Tempo. Mostly hip hop and hard hitting street lyrics. He was under fire from half the industry and disses on almost every song. Some absolute classics on this like Balas and Narcohampon, two of the GOAT spanish rap "gangsta" songs imo.
AOTD:
Jowell & Randy & co.-Casa De Leones(2007)
-Hits: Esto Es Perreo, Shorty, A Veces Pienso, No Te Veo
-Features: J-King, Maximan, Guelo Star, Arcangel, Nejo y Dalmata, Voltio
-Another label type album, this time it was a 5 man group consisting of J&R, J-King & Maximan and Guelo Star. Cool album
AOTD:
Eliel-El Que Habla Con Las Manos(2004)
-Hits: Ronca, Vamos A Matarnos En La Raya, La Popola, Cae La Noche, Duelo
-This is a compilation album by famous producer "Eliel". Eliel is most popular for his collaborations with Don Omar. Another famous song of theirs kicks off this album; "Ronca". Hector also has a hit and overall just solid songs and beats throughout. One of the top 2 or 3 producers in genre history imo

not reggaeton but still popped off at the time
Shout out @Jonahp86 lol
AOTD:
Yomo-My Destiny(2009)
-Hits: Tu Te Las Trae, Descara, Secreto, Gotica Sartica & more
-First and only Yomo album to this day. Hector El Father's retirement into christianity really hurt his career as shortly after this he just didnt have the connections and his career stalled. Nowadays he's one of the biggest "what ifs" or "what happened to..." in the genre. This was dope though. Great project
